Summary & Key Responsibilities As an Investments Summer Intern at Welltower, you’ll engage in underwriting, asset management, management services, and development. From day one you’ll be involved in the full investment lifecycle—from analyzing opportunities to managing partnerships in our seniors housing, wellness housing, and medical facilities portfolio. You’ll work with seasoned professionals on high‑priority projects, applying analytical skills and clear communication to make a real impact. Responsibilities
Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities from initial valuation through closing Assist in underwriting acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations Build and refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts Research market supply and demand fundamentals to assess property and market risk Participate in weekly Investment Committee meetings and collaborate with partners to drive asset performance Join site visits and market tours to understand on‑the‑ground operations and dynamics Engage with management teams to evaluate strategies and operational approaches Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field Experience: Previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred but not required Travel
Some out of area and overnight travel may be expected. Compensation
The salary range for this role in NYC is
