Responsibilities

Manage multiple client engagements in real estate taxation, including complex partnership structures, real estate funds, 1031 exchanges, and REITs. Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and risk management in a fast-moving real estate environment. Guide clients through changing tax laws and regulations; stay current with industry developments. Mentor and develop junior staff to grow technical and client-service capabilities. Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service. Qualifications

At least 8 years of tax experience, ideally in public accounting, with a focus on real estate clients. CPA license is required. Strong understanding of partnership taxation, real estate transactions, and current tax law. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
