The HT Group is partnering with a PE-backed Education Services firm in Austin to fill a Senior FP&A Manager role. This is a hybrid position based in Central/West Austin with full onsite work starting in 2026. The role is hands-on with no direct reports and involves collaborative work delivering financial reporting, decision-support modeling, and ad hoc analyses in a lean environment with international partners. The company seeks someone with passion for technology and education, aligned with a growth-focused, fast-paced culture. Direct Hire – Hybrid - $120K-$165K DOE Responsibilities
Preparing detailed reporting and ad hoc models for executive and board leadership teams Building ad hoc reports from scratch Leading the development and improvement of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools Analyzing and managing trends via KPI tracking across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, cash flow, and capital expenditures Creating monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the executive team and PE sponsors Assisting the team on special projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Accounting, Finance or related field required; MBA is highly preferred Minimum 6+ years’ experience in FP&A within a lean or start-up setting Technology/SaaS industry experience preferred Advanced MS Excel proficiency; Tableau or Power BI visualization experience required Previous NetSuite ERP experience preferred Experience with Salesforce or related CRMs required Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills Experience working with international partners strongly desired
