Base pay range
$105.00/yr - $110.00/yr
Sr. Corporate Reporting Accounting Analyst
position - focusing on financial reporting and core accounting functions. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Processes:
Support primary accounting processes, including stock-based compensation, risk management, and benefit plans.
Month-End Close:
Facilitate the company's month-end close process by reviewing and approving journal entries and conducting monthly account reconciliations.
Internal Controls:
Execute internal controls for assigned processes to ensure effective financial reporting.
GAAP Compliance:
Ensure all accounting activities adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Team Leadership:
Supervise staff accountants, review their work, and oversee their professional development.
Special Projects:
Support special projects such as system implementations, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Audits:
Facilitate quarterly and annual reviews and audits with internal and external auditors.
Collaboration:
Engage with third-party service providers and collaborate across all brands and departments to ensure accuracy.
Financial Analysis:
Research technical accounting guidance, create financial models to forecast quarterly and annual results, and analyze costs against budget.
Ad Hoc Support:
Provide additional accounting and analysis to other functional areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, consulting, or an equivalent role.
Technical Skills:
Strong financial, statistical, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Certifications:
CPA license achieved or in progress.
