About the role Roku is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, this role will support Roku Ad Sales and Product FP&A, partner with key business stakeholders, and develop automated reporting and forecasting solutions to drive relevant, digestible business insights. This role provides broad exposure to senior leadership and decision makers across the company. The applicant should have strong communication skills, financial modeling skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A candidate with natural curiosity and problem-solving skills will excel. For New York only — the estimated annual salary for this position is between $125,000 and $135,000. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, certifications, and geographical location. Lead the financial oversight of non-headcount operating expense planning for the advertising organization, including sales, client services, revenue operations, marketing, advertising product, and other supporting functions Execute and streamline month-end close processes, including accruals and validating journal entries Manage purchase requests for supported teams and collaborate with functional leaders to track spending and inform purchasing decisions Develop executive-level dashboards and financial reporting packages that provide leadership with actionable insights Drive scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, expense allocation recommendations, quarterly re-forecasts, and the annual 3-year plan Influence accounting and consolidation teams to evolve data processes, analytics, and system implementations to improve cost planning performance and efficiency Partner with the Advertising Engineering finance team to manage OpEx needs across both finance domains Opportunity to perform ad-hoc analyses for personal and professional development We’re excited if you have

3+ years of relevant experience in media, accounting, consulting, or financial services Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, etc.) or demonstrated affinity for numbers Attention to detail as a core strength Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel Experience in PowerPoint creating executive-level materials Familiarity with procedural coding (Python, VBA, SQL) and comfort using it to extend tools like Excel and Anaplan Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with precision Excellent communicator, collaborator, and networker with a service-oriented mindset Highest standards of accuracy and organization NetSuite / Adaptive / Anaplan Planning experience is a plus Benefits
