MSFS Summer Analyst Program

This 10-week program is designed to provide aspiring finance professionals with a comprehensive and immersive experience in fund administration. The program begins with a week of classroom training, followed by four rotations across various MSFS departments, including: Investor Services:

Manages investor capital activity such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and assignments, working closely with Investor Relations, CFOs, COOs, Compliance teams, and investors. Also handles cash movements and supports fund manager/investor relationships. Middle Office:

Handles trade processing, positions and cash reconciliations, corporate actions, collateral management, and cash flow monitoring, collaborating with COOs, Directors of Operations, and Treasury Managers. Product Development:

Prioritizes technology enhancements, identifying client needs and translating them into technology requirements for new and improved products across MSFS functions. Anti-Money Laundering (AML):

Assists clients in identifying and managing AML risks, working with General Counsel, Compliance, and Investor Relations, managing AML documentation, and serving as a contact point for fund managers and investors. Summer Analyst Experience

Summer Analysts will be exposed to diverse roles, products, and services within MSFS. They will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Opportunities include: Broadening and strengthening skillsets Collaborating on meaningful projects Participating in a Senior Management Speaker Series Attending teach-ins and networking events Engaging in community service activities Receiving performance reviews and mentorship Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:

Current undergraduate student with a graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026 Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Collaborative, quick learner, adaptable, problem solver Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task Keen interest in finance and markets Compensation

The expected base pay rate for the role is $43.27 per hour at the start of employment. Compensation may include additional elements such as: Commission earnings Incentive compensation Discretionary bonuses Short and long-term incentive packages Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefits
