Overview

Job Title: Director or Senior Director, Financial Services Cloud - Salesforce. As a Director in the Global Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capability practice, you’ll lead and drive sales pursuits, expand our Financial Services Cloud footprint through exceptional client delivery, and develop and cultivate client relationships within the Financial Services industry and its sub-verticals. This is a results-driven leadership role with client management, sales, and delivery responsibilities, interfacing with senior-level client executives and helping clients think strategically about their investments in the Salesforce platform and the required services to implement. The ideal candidate has experience leading Financial Services Cloud pursuits with a passion for both sales and delivery. You will focus on supporting sales pursuits, providing subject matter leadership, client management, client delivery, and leading the Salesforce account strategy in partnership with regional market leadership for an account and/or set of accounts. This role emphasizes deep industry expertise and the ability to drive complex engagements across Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management, with accountability for ensuring high-quality client outcomes. Responsibilities

Support sales pursuits; serve as a global leader that encourages Pursuit Excellence throughout the deal cycle Support sales pursuits and sales process in partnership with local market leadership and global industry and capability leaders Proactively engage capability leadership; partner with go-to-market leaders and regional leaders to shape engagement approach and scope Determine sales strategy inclusive of win themes in partnership with regional market sales leadership Manage an overall team utilization target of 76% Support development of proposals and statements of work Drive decision making on deal structure in partnership with sales solution leads Ensure deal due diligence (staffing, financials, legal, risk management, contract approval gates) Work closely with talent acquisition to attract Salesforce talent Identify pursuit close plans, blockers, risks, and escalate issues impacting pursuit progress Actively participate in driving pursuits to closure and support contracting in partnership with regional and local sales leadership Business development

Focus on expanding the Financial Services Cloud footprint across Banking, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management accounts Responsible for $15-20M+ annually within the Financial Services Cloud capability Proactively identifies opportunities to expand engagements beyond the project and product scope Bridge between pursuit and delivery teams to grow footprint with clients in partnership with Salesforce and other capabilities Leverage ecosystem relationships to nurture leads and opportunities Client Engagement Management

Build and cultivate relationships with senior clients (project sponsor, director level and above) Share industry and product thought leadership with Slalom Industry and Salesforce Industry Capability teams Identify opportunities for Slalom to help clients achieve business objectives Partner with in-market Accountable Executives and Client Partners to ensure customer success and satisfaction Delivery & Delivery Excellence

Ensure exceptional client delivery and ≥60% individual utilization delivering industry-specific solutions Engage with client project teams and bring industry perspective to project engagements Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to inform solution programs Provide governance and quality oversight for project delivery Industry & Platform Expertise

10+ years in the Financial Services industry 10+ years in consulting 3+ years leading Financial Services Cloud programs Awareness of industry best practices and Salesforce ecosystem Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of account/delivery management experience Experience working with banking customers and in a large consulting environment 3-5 years’ experience selling and delivering within the Salesforce Financial Services ecosystem Previous sales and consulting experience in an account leadership and/or customer success role Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets of a similar size Ability to lead teams through complex technology solution sales Passion for financial services and technology Strong client delivery track record Experience building relationships with customers at director level and above Ability to partner with clients to understand organizational needs and recommend value-added solutions Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Budget and project management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel up to 30% About Us
