Go-to-Market Enterprise Salesforce Leader - Chicago Join to apply for the Go-to-Market Enterprise Salesforce Leader - Chicago role at Slalom Who You Are: Slalom Consulting is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Enterprise Business Applications, including Salesforce services and client success with our Chicago Area, Milwaukee and Indianapolis ("Mid America") clients within the healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods, financial services, public sector and nonprofit space. The Enterprise Business Applications, including Salesforce leader will provide thought leadership to our enterprise and mid-market clients, set strategic direction for the “Go-to-Market” practitioners and generally be accountable for ensuring the overall quality execution of business and technology consulting across all Enterprise Business Applications, including Salesforce pursuits and engagements. What You’ll Do Connects region or country-wide Capability strategy to the Market based on client portfolio, market maturity, and geographic makeup Work with regional and company leaders to bring the Vision of our Enterprise Capability to life, driving connection between local markets/regions and global strategy Tailor the market GTM strategy to align with local industries, clients and communities Delivery Providing engagement oversight and governance of Salesforce projects in market to ensure delivery quality Mentoring and upskilling delivery team members through practice leadership and establishment of best practices Business Development & Sales Partner with Industry-aligned client partners and sales executives to identify and pursue potential opportunities related to Capability Act as a Solution Lead or SME in pursuit processes, identifying appropriate SME from broader Capability team as needed Focus on specific Customers aligned GTM strategy, driving targeted and bespoke sales motions Participate in multi-Capability solutioning and client outcome-based selling motions with GTM team Drive growth of the Mid America Salesforce and overall Enterprise Business Applications Capability through business development, solutioning, delivery oversight, and thought leadership Develop relationships with Account and Industry teams, as well as Salesforce teams to drive account planning and joint pursuits Develop leading practice for GTM activities and focus, sales solutioning, and reusable collateral for sales accelerators Maintain awareness of industry-leading practices and business levers for Enterprise Business Applications offerings Proactively seek speaking opportunities as Capability SME and thought leader at external conferences and events Plan thought leadership events with Marketing and Operations to generate demand for Capability and client outcomes Ignite awareness and demand in the market; participate in Campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops and POCs Research client portfolio needs and build relationships with target and active clients People Development Mentor other practitioners in the area of Capability Participate in performance management and provide feedback on Capability team members assigned to pursuits and delivery Financial Management Create Capability-specific growth and cost projections; work with Market GTM leadership to identify health of Capabilities and staffing needs What You’ll Bring 8+ years’ experience in a large consulting environment Deep understanding of the healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods, financial services, public sector and nonprofit space, including current trends, growth opportunities, technology enablement, and regulations Expert business development and client management skills, including C-level relationships Track record of successfully implementing Salesforce cloud solutions Technical understanding of Salesforce with demonstrated understanding and experience with Salesforce architecture Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle methodologies Expert at program management and delivery Expert communication (verbal and written) Expert business operations (e.g., proposal development, SOWs, price modeling, margins, utilization) Skilled at managing multiple complex pursuits at once Excellent mentoring and leadership skills Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through Strong work ethic with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Director level the base salary pay range is $161,000-$258,000. For this position at the Senior Director level the base salary pay range is $189,000-$302,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
