Overview

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a fast-growing, privately held services and infrastructure firm to find a Senior Financial Analyst for its expanding finance team. This is a hands-on position supporting operations, project managers, and leadership with analysis that directly impacts pricing, scheduling, and profitability. As the company grows and matures its systems, the analyst will help design dashboards, automate reporting, and improve financial controls. Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track revenue, costs, and margins by project. Prepare cash flow analyses and reports to guide billing and working capital decisions. Partner with project managers to understand job progress, unbilled revenue, and profitability. Reconcile and analyze data to ensure billing and forecasting accuracy. Deliver monthly reporting packages and variance analyses to leadership. Support month-end close with project-level schedules and accruals. Assist with process improvements, reporting automation, and BI initiatives (Power BI a plus). Provide ad hoc analysis to support pricing, resource allocation, and business planning. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). 4+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in project-based industries (construction, utilities, or services). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas; Power Query or Power Pivot helpful). Knowledge of cash flow modeling, revenue recognition, and project accounting. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization. About You

About you

– please have at least 4 years of corporate FP&A experience, a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, solid experience with KPI metrics / reporting and Cash Flow Reporting. Local residency required. Why Join
