Atrium
Overview
This is not your typical back-office role. We’re helping hire a Back/Mid Office Associate to join a small, high-performing team supporting private investments, estate planning, and high-net-worth family operations. This is a rare seat — hands-on, cross-functional, and deeply impactful. You'll work across investment operations, legal documentation, tax coordination, and entity management — at the intersection of private equity, complex wealth structures, and family office strategy. Location: Midtown NYC (Hybrid).
Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
What You’ll Actually Do
Review and organize investment docs, legal agreements, NDAs, trust/estate materials
Coordinate tax prep schedules and assist with required compliance documentation
Help prepare quarterly financial reports and maintain clean, organized digital records
Track capital calls and distributions, reconcile investment and bank statements
Execute and maintain legal docs across multiple entities
Partner closely with accounting, legal, and investment teams to support strategic and day-to-day work
Jump into ad hoc projects that pop up across the firm — from deal reviews to data cleanups
Who Thrives Here You’re calm under pressure. Organized by nature. Comfortable in environments where you figure things out, not wait for a manual.
This role is built for someone who’s touched private wealth, private bank operations, or trust/foundation onboarding, and knows their way around:
Entity structures (LLCs, LPs, trusts, SPVs)
Client onboarding workflows for HNW/UHNW individuals
Legal/financial documentation tied to investments or estate planning
Coordination with legal, tax, or compliance teams
If your current or past titles include:
Trust or Estate Admin
KYC Analyst
Client Onboarding Specialist
Middle or Back Office Analyst (Private Wealth)
…this role could be a perfect fit.
What You Get
Real exposure across private investing, legal, tax, and operations
Collaborative, low-politics environment — seriously
26-day WFH bank (yep, twenty-six)
Summer Fridays (can use ½ WFH days toward this)
Strong culture — stable team, mentorship built in
