Overview

Senior Analyst - Capital Markets Corporate Commercial Finance at Regions Bank. The role supports Capital Markets activities for Corporate, Commercial, and Real Estate clients, including financial modeling, client materials, and deal process support. Responsibilities

Assists in the development and creation of client marketing materials Generates financial modeling to include leveraged buyout and discounted cash flow analysis Works closely with senior team members and other groups within the bank to prepare transaction offering documents Assists in conducting bank/investor meetings as well as sell-side management presentations Conducts industry and market research Completes valuation analyses Conducts and assists in financial due diligence This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. It is incentive eligible. Analyst program length may be 2 or more years. Emerging Talent Program Analysts start with a six-week training program before beginning work within their business unit. Business Segments / Groups

Corporate & Institutional Markets — loan syndications, leveraged finance, fixed income and equity capital markets, financial sponsor coverage, mergers and acquisitions, and private/alternative capital advisory for middle market companies Financial Risk Management — hedging products to manage interest rate, commodity, and foreign exchange exposures Real Estate Project Finance — off-balance sheet financing solutions via Agency Products (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD) Primary Responsibilities

Develop and create client marketing materials Build financial models including LBO and DCF Prepare transaction offering documents with senior team members Assist in bank/investor meetings and client presentations Conduct industry and market research Perform valuation analyses Assist in financial due diligence Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a proven record of high achievement Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance Preferences

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Past relevant experience (summer internships or 1-2 years experience) Skills And Competencies
