Overview
Accountants One is recruiting for a Corporate Accountant role with a growing real estate company in the Metro Atlanta area. This is a newly created role and will support the Controller. This is a very visible position working with key leadership in the organization. They offer a hybrid work schedule. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Assist with month-end close, financial statements, journal entries, etc. Responsible for monthly accruals, account reconciliations, and creating the financial information for the G/L Analysis Calculate the monthly distributions to the partners and fees, and create the financial reporting packages Involved in cash management, paying corporate payroll, ensuring no overdrafts, bank reconciliations, accounting for collecting revenue and fees Work closely with Treasury to complete and review expense reports Prepare monthly expenses and reimbursement for expenses in the month Any special projects for the Controller and CFO Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting to be considered for the role 3+ years of g/l accounting Advanced Excel skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply them Experience with bank and account reconciliations and cash management skills Real Estate or related industry a plus Seniority level
