What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule quality meetings - Review client data using sales tools to prepare for discovery meetings and propose solutions - Create proposals based on client meetings and follow up to secure decisions - Negotiate agreements and close sales with clients - Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and achieve sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales - Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, or related fields - Intermediate skills in accountability, adaptability, closing sales, and relationship building - Strong self-discipline and self-motivation - Proven ability to conduct sales presentations and prospect for new clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Associate's Degree - Experience in industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, or Professional Services - Demonstrated goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving sales targets
