What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule quality meetings daily - Review client data using sales tools to prepare for discovery meetings and propose solutions - Create proposals based on meeting insights and follow up with clients to secure decisions - Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate as necessary to close sales - Participate in weekly team meetings to review strategies and collaborate on best practices
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales - Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant industries such as Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, or Financial Services - Strong skills in accountability, adaptability, closing sales, relationship building, and self-motivation - Proven ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics - Associate's Degree preferred
