Pure Storage is hiring a Corporate Account Executive for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role involves selling remotely into mid-market accounts within Pure Storage's Mid-Atlantic territory. What You'll Do
Directly sell through an inside, direct marketing environment to deliver sales targets and consistently achieve quota Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis Develop channel relationships that bring sales and technical resources to each opportunity and lead to closed deals Prospect into and penetrate new accounts, reach decision-makers, and close business Develop and present proposals to prospective customers demonstrating how Pure Storage can meet their business objectives and justify the sale Manage pipeline with a focus on conversion and delivering an accurate forecast Work primarily from the office in compliance with Pure’s policies unless on PTO, travel, or other approved leave What You Bring
Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in a B2B technology sales environment Experience with or understanding of sales channel selling models A desire to work the bookends of the sale—from prospecting to closing—with a proven ability to win net new logos Strong relationship-building, problem-solving for customers, and book-of-business development Completion of business value selling (BVS) or other relevant B2B sales training Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies Salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. For roles open to candidates in multiple locations, the base salary reflects labor market differences. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
