Lead Generation Specialist to focus on identifying, attracting, and converting high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline. Role emphasizes data-driven lead generation, multi-channel campaigns, nurturing sequences, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, and content syndication platforms; optimize budget allocation and targeting to maximize lead volume and quality. Lead Magnet Development & Optimization: Create gated content (whitepapers, webinars, demos, assessment tools) and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths. Marketing Automation & Nurturing: Build and manage lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and triggers using marketing platforms; segment audiences and personalize content to move prospects through the funnel. Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms; monitor budgets, perform A/B tests, and improve ROI. Lead Scoring & Qualification: Develop lead scoring models; collaborate with sales to define qualification criteria and ensure smooth handoff of MQLs to sales. Conversion Rate Optimization: Test landing pages, forms, CTAs, and UX to identify bottlenecks and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics and provide ROI-focused reports to inform optimization. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work with sales to gather feedback on lead quality and optimize lead routing to support revenue targets. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) 5-7 years B2B lead generation or demand generation experience Proven track record of meeting lead generation quotas and cost-per-lead targets Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification Advanced project management and campaign coordination abilities HubSpot power user Salesforce for lead tracking and sales alignment Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Tag Manager and marketing attribution platforms Landing page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge A/B testing tools and CRO platforms Data analysis and reporting with Excel/Google Sheets Marketing automation certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn) preferred Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or complex B2B sales environments a plus Benefits
