What You’ll Do This high-impact role is 70% content strategy and 30% paid media execution
Content Marketin g Develop and manage content pillars and editorial calendar Create gated assets (eBooks, guides, checklists) and webinars Plan, execute and report on high-impact webinars (themes, speakers, promotion, follow-up) Collaborate with SMEs to simplify complex topics Distribute content across web, email, social, and partner channels Optimize for AI-powered search and emerging SGE platforms Manage LinkedIn and YouTube strategy Own email marketing via HubSpot: segmentation, nurture, A/B testing Track performance across HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, and social platforms Paid Media Build and manage multi-channel ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Microsoft) Develop ad creative (copy, visuals, video) and landing pages Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and CRO Report on KPIs: ROI, CPL, MQLs, pipeline contribution Align tracking across HubSpot and Google Analytics
What Success Looks Like A steady stream of high-quality content fueling demand gen Campaigns that convert — moving leads from awareness to MQL Measurable impact on pipeline tied to content and distribution efforts Content systems and channel-level performance that scale with our team and goals
Requirements:
4–6+ years of B2B content or demand gen marketing experience (cybersecurity, SaaS, or consulting preferred) Proven success planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strategic thinker with strong writing chops and a bias for execution Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and performance KPIs You love turning data into insights, and insights into impact You thrive in a high-ownership, fast-moving, collaborative environment Demonstrated success in driving qualified traffic, leads, and pipeline growth Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance
