Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the South Business Center responsible for a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships within the Savannah/Augusta Georgia territory. The ASM must live in or near Savannah/Augusta Georgia or be willing to relocate. Responsibilities
Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line Ensure dealer orders meet market demand and manage monthly vehicle scheduling Ensure maximum production capability within the area Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on EV readiness and improvement opportunities Review/analysis of dealer financial statements and consult with dealers on opportunities to improve retail operations Ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines Ensure proper levels of sales satisfaction across all dealerships Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher performance while meeting internal goals Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree 1 year+ of sales or marketing experience Lives in or near Savannah/Augusta Georgia or is willing to relocate Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications Preferred Requirements
Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Excel in building positive working relationships Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals Benefits
