Overview
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the South Business Center is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships within the Savannah/Augusta Georgia territory. The ASM must live in or near Savannah/Augusta Georgia or be willing to relocate.
The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including:
Responsibilities
Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line
Ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle scheduling
Ensuring maximum production capability within the area
Additional responsibilities will include:
Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on EV readiness, improvement opportunities, review/analysis of dealer financial statements, and consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations
Ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships
Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal go
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1 year + of sales or marketing experience
Lives in or near Savannah/Augusta Georgia or is willing to relocate for this position
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications
Preferred Requirements
Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Excel in building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
