Responsibilities
Support the digital transformation of our clients and lead IT projects from concept to successful implementation Strengthen our management consulting team in the area of CIO Advisory with your expertise Lead (sub)projects with interdisciplinary teams for clients across industries and speak the language of IT Develop and implement strategic, organizational, and process solutions with team members and clients to address current technological or business challenges Conceive, prepare, and conduct workshops for our clients and represent Sopra Steria Next Support drafting of studies and articles on current status and future developments in various industries and relevant IT topics Work location may vary by client and project; projects may be in Germany, in our offices, at the client site, or remote Qualifications
Successful degree in economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable field of study At least 3 years of professional experience in IT transformation, IT strategy, digital process management, or IT performance management Proven experience in IT management consulting, in-house consulting, or relevant IT-organization projects Experience leading and executing projects with planning and coordination, with understanding of IT organizations and technological developments Ideally, first certifications in project or process management Strong analytical and critical thinking to develop innovative and efficient solutions for complex issues Strategic thinking and ability to translate client challenges to decision-makers Strong teamwork, leadership, presentation, and communication skills with high persuasive ability Good German (B2 level) and English skills Additional Information
