Looking for a motivated HR professional with at least one year of management experience, hands-on recruiting expertise and a passion for agriculture and natural resources industries to lead a dynamic Recruitment & Onboarding team. Summary: The HR Manager is a key member of the Human Resources team, overseeing two HR employees in the Recruitment & Onboarding (R&O) department and playing a critical role in the team's success. This role offers opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and grow within the organization. Details: Pay : $60,000 to $70,000 with annual performance-based raises (consistent) Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm Location : 100% onsite - St. Paul, MN Type : permanent role Responsibilities

Oversee daily workflow of the Recruitment & Onboarding team (2 team members). Lead process improvement initiatives for recruiting and onboarding. Provide timely and constructive performance evaluations. Track, analyze, and report recruitment and onboarding metrics. Support the R&O team with recruitment and onboarding tasks, including posting jobs on JazzHR and other platforms, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, conducting background checks and e-Verify, and guiding new hires through ADP Workforce Now. Communicate with hiring managers and state coordinators regarding changes in recruiting processes or platforms. Implement exit interview strategies and track analytics. Maintain and update onboarding documentation and Standard Operating Procedures. Assist with new hire orientation twice per year. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications

2+ years in recruiting or staffing roles. 1+ years of management or supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, JazzHR, HRIS systems, and recruitment analytics preferred. Knowledge of DOT processes and E-Verify a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Paid Time Off accrued at 15 days (120 hours) per year for new employees (increasing after 3 years).
