Personal Injury Associate Attorney – Pre-Litigation Location: Millcreek or Layton, Utah (onsite) Salary:

Our client is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Evaluate personal injury claims and conduct legal research Draft demand letters and manage records Negotiate settlements with insurers Collaborate on strategy with senior attorneys Handle small-case litigation independently Maintain organized, compliant case files What You Bring
JD and bar admission in UT 1–3 years’ personal injury experience (pre-litigation preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Solid organizational habits and tech proficiency Why Join?
