Offit Kurman is seeking an estate planning and administration associate to join the firm’s growing Estates and Trusts Practice Group. The successful candidate may work out of either our Charlotte, NC or Rock Hill, SC office. Responsibilities
Contribute to estate planning and trust/estate administration matters as part of the Estates and Trusts Practice Group. Draft estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance directives. Support client relationships and communication related to estate planning and administration matters. Demonstrate strong writing, research, and organizational skills; act with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Qualifications
6+ years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration. North Carolina Bar admission is required. South Carolina Bar admission is preferred, or a willingness to become licensed in SC. Compensation:
