The fastest-growing PI Firm in Texas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal injury law, demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills, and have a passion for helping clients achieve justice. This role involves representing clients in various personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and workplace injuries. Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial, if necessary. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases. Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies. Maintain open and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required. Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists to support case arguments. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in personal injury law. Provide exceptional client service and advocacy throughout the legal process. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Texas. Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases, including negotiations and trial experience. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
