This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with significant experience to take on complex, high-stakes matters and play a key role in a thriving team. What You'll Do
Manage a sophisticated caseload of construction-related disputes from inception through resolution in both state and federal courts. Represent clients in a wide range of matters, including delay claims, change order disputes, termination claims, mechanic's liens, and payment / performance bond claims. Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Advise clients on risk management, bid protests, and contract negotiations. Work independently and strategically in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal Candidate Profile
6-10 years of solid experience in construction law, handling both private and public construction agreements and litigation. Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York and in good standing. Proven first-chair litigation experience in both state and federal courts is required. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills are essential. A self-starter with the ability to manage cases independently and drive them forward. Trial experience and a prior judicial clerkship are highly preferred. Competitive Compensation: A reasonable salary estimate for this position is $150,000 - $205,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience.
