We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, serving Bucks County, Montgomery County, and the greater Philadelphia area for over 10 years. Aim to achieve and maintain sales targets while protecting profit margins. Conduct in-home consultations, prepare detailed estimates, and present product options. Follow up with customers, answer questions, and deliver excellent service throughout the process. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive) and related software tools. Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve results. Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet with or discuss projects with clients. Represent the company in the community with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications
3 to 5 years of roofing, siding, window, or gutter sales experience preferred. Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy with computers, mobile devices, and CRM software (Pipedrive experience a plus; Xactimate knowledge preferred but not required). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs as needed for inspections. Positive, professional, and motivated by success. Compensation & Benefits
Full-time position Training Pay at $20/hour (up to 3 months; transitions to commission once sales are made). Commissions at 6 to 10% average, with potential up to 12%.
