We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on
HR Manager
to lead our client's human resources function across a multi-entity organization. In this role, you’ll manage a team of three direct reports, drive initiatives that support talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll be a key partner to leadership, helping shape a people-first culture while navigating the complexities of a dynamic business structure. This role is 100% onsite in Dallas. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple business entities. Drive strategic HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Oversee HR operations and ensure consistency across entities. Champion a culture of inclusion, development, and accountability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proven experience working in multi-entity organizations. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to navigate complex HR challenges with professionalism and discretion.
