We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our client's human resources function across a multi-entity organization. In this role, you'll manage a team of three direct reports, drive initiatives that support talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. You'll be a key partner to leadership, helping shape a people-first culture while navigating the complexities of a dynamic business structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple business entities.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee HR operations and ensure consistency across entities.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, development, and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience working in multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR challenges with professionalism and discretion.
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
