Responsibilities and requirements cover a deep understanding of the patent prosecution process and the ability to manage deadlines and documentation related to USPTO filings. Responsibilities
In depth knowledge and understanding of the patent prosecution process Analyze documents generated from the USPTO and identify critical deadlines Generate and edit reports in the database Multitask and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills Communicate effectively in written and verbal form; work well in a team Skills
Ability to analyze documents generated from the USPTO and identify critical deadlines Ability to generate and edit reports in database Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; team player Strong technical skills; formal technical training is a plus Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years IP docketing experience, preferably in a law firm, in addition to extensive patent prosecution paralegal experience Benefits
