H&R Block Overview As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you’ll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. You’ll lead and coach customer-centric teams across the offices you manage to accelerate seasonal tax business and deliver an outstanding client experience. What you’ll do

Front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates across three offices Deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve all office-related growth objectives Lead daily team meetings, communicate essential information, and create associate work schedules across offices Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics with support from Associate Team Leaders Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, including developing local partnerships and managing office community involvement Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions Conduct timely performance reviews and address performance concerns with support from the Associate Relations Center Coach and train associates to build an engaging, high-performing team environment Travel between offices as required Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment* What you’ll bring

People management experience with demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates Aptitude for executing growth plans and leading a growth-oriented culture Strong decision-making and judgment skills in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset Computer proficiency with MS Office Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns) Schedule and work arrangement

You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season. From January to April, you will transition to full-time, including evening and weekend hours as needed. This role is not remote and requires in-person work. Why work for us

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits as described. Pay range:
