Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Family Partner - Martha's Vineyard

Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to support the delivery of strength-based peer-to-peer education, coaching, role modeling, guidance, and support services.
Utilize caregiving experiences to enhance the lives of youth who are presenting with difficult and challenging behaviors, and their families.
Support families in navigating multiple systems of care and enable parents and caregivers to learn effective advocacy skills.
Support the clinical care of youth and their families in a home and community-based setting, effectively promoting improved family functioning.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum of an associate’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of experience with the target population; or a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience with the target population.
Living experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth with emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges and experience accessing systems for support for your child’s needs.
Maintains a valid driver’s license.
Background checks and driving checks will be performed.
