Responsibilities
Revenue growth and focus Manage a high-performing personal training team that inspires change Ensure project and department goals are met within approved budgets Enforce club rules, policies, and procedures Maintain full staffing through application review and hiring recommendations Manage personal training schedules for all shifts Develop and monitor metrics for employee retention and satisfaction Train staff to generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, and guest passes Manage employee performance through coaching and fostering a positive work environment Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to provide guidance and direction Must Haves
Must be certified by NASM, ACSM, ACE, or NSCA CPR/AED Certifications High school diploma (some college coursework preferred) Excellent communication and hospitality abilities Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science Ability to achieve and maintain aggressive goals Able to remain current on certifications, trends, and topics of fitness Preferred Qualifications
