Attorneys in these offices handle a variety of civil litigation and real estate matters including HOA/community association law, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, and business/corporate law. This is a strong opportunity to grow within a supportive, multi-office platform. Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on real estate, HOA/community association law, and construction defect matters Provide counsel in real estate and land use, business/corporate, and insurance defense cases Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and governance documents Manage discovery, hearings, depositions, and trials Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and education Qualifications

JD and active bar license in OR, CO, UT, or ID (multiple admissions a plus) 3–5+ years of civil litigation or real estate experience Knowledge of HOA/community association law or construction litigation a plus Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills Ability to balance litigation responsibilities with client advisory work Equal Opportunity & Privacy
