What You’ll Do: Advocate for clients in complex family law matters—including divorce, custody, child support, property division, enforcement, and adoption. Handle contested hearings and trials with confidence and strategic focus. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Develop tailored case strategies and advise clients with empathy and clarity. Represent clients in court appearances, mediation, and negotiations. Collaborate with a smart, dedicated legal team to deliver results and build trust. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Texas family law experience , with demonstrated trial and hearing work in custody and property disputes. Deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and court procedures. Proven success managing case files independently. Strong courtroom presence, excellent writing skills, and client-centered communication. A team player who brings both professionalism and heart to the practice of law. Texas Bar License. Compensation

$95,000 - $160,000 per year
