The Office of the State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit is seeking an Assistant State Attorney. The office serves Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, and Lee Counties in Southwest Florida.
Job Summary
The primary prosecuting agency in the circuit, all arrests made by law enforcement are reviewed by our office for legal sufficiency and a formal filing decision. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the use of technology, including electronic files. Responsibilities
As an Assistant State Attorney, you will be responsible for prosecuting cases in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. You will work closely with law enforcement agencies, witnesses, and other stakeholders to ensure effective prosecution. Qualifications
