Your role:

We are seeking a dynamic talent hunter to join our team and lead recruitment efforts at our state-of-the-art Executive Briefing Center, located in the heart of Midtown. In this role, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry as they work to develop and promote a world-class product for our customers. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be dedicated to excellence, playing a crucial role in building Global Relay\'s dream team. You will take charge of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and work to bring top talent through the door. Are you up for the challenge?

You will work collaboratively with others on the global TA team and contribute with pride, responsibility, and a good sense of humor. Your responsibilities

Drive Global Relay\'s headhunting efforts and own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance Work with stakeholders to identify true skill sets and business needs Identify target companies, user groups, and professional associations to inform search parameters Leverage networking opportunities and referrals to source qualified candidates Conduct comprehensive candidate screens and interviews for evaluation and selection Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers Master the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep candidate information current and compliant Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed Complete all reference checks as part of hiring compliance Establish effective sourcing methods and drive talent awareness Compile recruitment status reports and metrics to inform strategy Communicate and adopt the established corporate recruitment process consistently Represent Global Relay at recruitment-related events Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues Assist with special projects and HR initiatives About you

8+ years of experience in direct sourcing and full-cycle recruitment; high-tech software experience preferred Strong time management, initiative, and adaptability Knowledge of NY and US employment regulations and best practices for talent attraction and hiring Extensive experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred) and MS Office Proven ability to build trust across all levels Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong business acumen and precise communication Solid project management skills and the ability to manage changing timelines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment Compensation

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. The base salary range is $100,000 USD - $125,000 USD and reflects factors such as expertise, skills, education, and background. The total rewards package includes comprehensive health benefits, vacation, paid sick days, parental leave, commuter benefits, bonuses, and a 401(k) with company matching. For employees based in New York, additional perks include a subsidized meal program from an in-house culinary team. Base salary range:
