Competitive base salary $200k - $250k+ (flexible upwards), plus bonus and benefits Position Overview: Our client, a prominent general practice law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment defense litigator to join their Orange County office as Counsel or a Non-Equity Partner. This position can be Equity Partner track for those that join as Non-Equity Partner with a book of business. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of Labor & Employment defense litigation experience. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of L&E defense matters.
