Position:
Junior Litigation Associate Attorney, Commercial Real Estate
— to work from their midtown NYC office with very close access to major rail transportation hubs in Manhattan. Note:
This is a hybrid opportunity with up to four (4) days per week in midtown and one (1) day remote. Responsibilities Independently handling all aspects of secured financing enforcement proceedings Drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals Handling State and Federal Court appearances and mediations Qualifications The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities, along with effective communication skills for client interactions, are essential. Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York, with New Jersey admission preferred. Experience:
3-5 years of solid experience in Commercial Litigation for Real Estate Litigation, with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosure and other secured creditor enforcement. Education/Admission:
Admitted to practice in New York; New Jersey admission preferred. Skills:
