Collaborate with paralegals, litigation support, and other attorneys. Requirements
Licensed in Texas, Florida, or New York (Texas strongly preferred). 3-5+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law. Proven success in motor vehicle accident and 18-wheeler litigation. Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Must be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the Bar. Licensure in NY, Florida, or both is a strong plus. Federal court licensure and appellate experience are a plus, but not required. Skills
First-chair jury trial experience preferred. Spanish language proficiency is a plus in the Texas market. Experience with multi-jurisdiction litigation is advantageous.
