is actively seeking a seasoned litigation attorney to handle a broad range of personal injury and employment law disputes. This opportunity is ideal for a trial-ready advocate with significant experience managing complex cases from inception through resolution. Duties: Handle full litigation lifecycle from case intake through trial or settlement Develop case strategies, manage discovery, and engage in motion practice Conduct client meetings to assess legal needs and provide strategic guidance Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Coordinate trial preparation activities, including assembling exhibits and witness materials Analyze legal issues and case evidence to formulate practical recommendations Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with emphasis on personal injury and/or employment disputes Strong trial acumen with a record of courtroom advocacy Excellent legal drafting, research, and oral argument skills Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently Commitment to client service and professional integrity Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S.-accredited law school Certifications: Active license to practice law in the state of Texas Skills: Litigation and trial advocacy Legal research and analytical reasoning Written and verbal communication Negotiation and conflict resolution Case management and organization Team collaboration and client rapport-building Job Location: Fort Worth, TX Hybrid work model
