Real Estate Transactional Attorney

with

5+ years of experience

to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected group of attorneys on complex and sophisticated real estate matters, while enjoying the support of a collaborative and established firm. Responsibilities

Represent clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other related contracts Advise clients on title, zoning, land use, and development issues Provide counsel on commercial lending and borrower-side transactions Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver exceptional client service Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in South Carolina or North Carolina (or eligible to waive in) Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate transactional law Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively in a team setting Commitment to excellence, integrity, and client service Why Join?
