Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our growing network in the South Carolina region. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for an HR leader who thrives in a
multi-unit environment
and is passionate about enabling both people and business growth.
What You’ll Do
Partner with
General Managers, Area Operating Presidents, and senior leadership
to align HR strategies with operational goals. Lead
workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and succession planning
across multiple sites. Build and sustain a consistent, high-performance culture while respecting local differences. Provide
employee relations guidance
and manager coaching, ensuring fairness, compliance, and trust. Drive
change management initiatives
(ATS/HRIS rollouts, policy adoption, org redesign) across multiple units. Standardize HR processes while supporting unique brand needs. Use
data and analytics
(vacancy reports, turnover trends, retention metrics) to drive accountability and results. Travel as needed across the Charlotte region to support local teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 3 years in a multi-unit HRBP or regional HR role. Experience in skilled trades, field services, or multi-site operations a plus. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Must be able to travel regionally (50%).
