Our client is seeking an experienced
Senior Human Resources Business Partner
to join their team and play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business goals! This is a highly visible position that will partner closely with leadership to strengthen our culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success. Base pay range

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, balancing both strategic initiatives and hands-on support. Key responsibilities include: Providing guidance to managers on personnel practices, policies, and employment laws Leading employee relations investigations (EEOC, ADA, Wage & Hour, Harassment, Discrimination, etc.) with fair, compliant, and timely resolutions Driving engagement by facilitating new hire orientation, open enrollment, recognition programs, and employee events Partnering with leadership to analyze turnover trends and implement effective retention strategies Supporting organizational development initiatives and coaching leaders through action planning and employee engagement survey results Collaborating with Total Rewards and Safety on workers’ comp, unemployment claims, ADA accommodations, and recognition programs Maintaining HR compliance through internal audits, quality control, and response to external audits or claims Designing tools, resources, and metrics to measure HR program effectiveness and strengthen organizational efficiency Building a positive work environment through clear communication, team-building, and proactive employee support What You’ll Bring
Experience : 7+ years in Human Resources and employee relations within manufacturing and warehouse environments, with proven success in Workers’ Compensation, ADA, and unemployment claims Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS systems and intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills Personal Strengths : Strong communicator, collaborative problem solver, and a proactive partner to leadership at all levels Seniority level
