As a

Product Manager at Cloudflare , you collaborate at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. You will shape high-level product goals and also contribute hands-on—pitch concepts to leadership, create launch plans, conduct user research, prototype features, iterate on specs, analyze usage data, and work with engineers to implement. You’ll understand client needs, influence business strategy, specify features, and partner with engineering to deliver software. Role: Product Manager, Application Performance

You will own a critical part of our platform to ensure web properties, applications, and networks are fast, reliable, and intelligent. This portfolio spans CDN optimization, Origin Shielding, low-latency delivery, and customer-facing data products built on usage data. You will set the strategic direction for reducing latency and establishing Cloudflare as the authoritative source of performance insights for applications across our global network. What You'll Do

Own your space: lead priorities and scope with a high-performing engineering team on one of Cloudflare’s Application Performance products. Connect the pieces: act as a nerve center linking engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ship on time with impact. Excel across teams: collaborate with PMs across the company to prioritize systemic improvements for enterprise customers. Be customer-obsessed: engage with customers to understand product usage and feed insights back into the roadmap. Be data-driven: work with data to quantify problems and opportunities in your space. Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience

5+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or related roles Experience designing or contributing to habit-forming product experiences Ability to define and track KPIs to measure impact Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments Customer-centric mindset and empathy for users Excellent communication and attention to detail Curiosity and willingness to learn technical topics (especially security or observability) Engineering fluency or technical background helps, though not required Bonus Points

PM experience for Edge infrastructure, high-performance web delivery, or network optimization Experience delivering cloud infrastructure products at global scale Data fluency to work with data and persuade others Compensation, Equity & Benefits
