About Product Management at Cloudflare Product managers sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy. You’ll translate deep technical insights into market‑driving features, influence strategy, and own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
About the Role As a Product Manager on the Application Performance team, you will own a critical part of Cloudflare’s comprehensive platform that ensures web properties, applications, and networks are fast, reliable, and intelligent. Your responsibilities include setting strategy, defining roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, and delivering customer‑centric functionality that scales globally.
What You'll Do
Own the roadmap and priorities for your product area, partnering with high‑performing engineering teams.
Act as the nerve center, coordinating across product, engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partner teams.
Drive enterprise‑wide improvements by collaborating with product managers across the company.
Engage directly with customers to understand usage patterns and capture insights for a customer‑obsessed roadmap.
Leverage data to quantify impact, optimize performance, and inform product decisions.
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or related roles.
Experience designing habit‑forming product experiences.
Track record of defining and measuring KPIs that influence product success.
Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Passion for user empathy and customer‑centric solutions.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn technical topics, especially in security or observability.
Engineering fluency is a plus; a CS degree is not required.

Prior experience as a product manager for edge or network‑optimization products.
Hands‑on experience delivering cloud infrastructure at global scale.
Data fluency – ability to analyze and present data to drive decisions.
