Principal Scientist , you will: Lead

preclinical pharmacology and bioanalytical programs , shaping IND-enabling studies and guiding the development of CNS-targeted therapeutics. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, influencing key decisions from concept to regulatory submission.

Essential Job Duties: Design and execute in vivo pharmacology studies supporting discovery and IND-enabling research. Oversee bioanalytical strategies using ELISA, MSD, qPCR, LC/MS, and histology for PK/PD and biodistribution. Interpret preclinical data and contribute to regulatory documentation. Serve as a key scientific lead in interactions with CROs, academic collaborators, and internal stakeholders. Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the strategic direction of CNS programs.

Qualifications Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Neuroscience, Bioengineering, or related discipline. 8+ years of biotech/pharma experience with biologics (antibodies, oligonucleotides, peptides). Proven track record in IND-enabling research and bioanalytical development. Strong understanding of CNS disease models and drug delivery systems. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Compensation Target Salary - $180K - 200K+ before bonus and benefits
