Job Description As a Sales Operations Coordinator with Swatch Group, U.S., the position will be responsible for supporting the team with coordinating the order process including, but not limited to, order fulfillment and follow through, maintaining customer relationships, responding to business inquiries, management of the customer files and order inquiries, and assisting on any special projects from management team. Location This role is an on-site position in Blue Lagoon Area in Miami, FL. Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order fulfillment, product pricing, inventory availability and general inquiries Support new account openings (paperwork submitted to accounting, approval requests, etc.) and account closures Enter POs and Ship Notes for all incoming shipments and maintain shipment logs Analyze retail sales trends and suggest actions to support on a monthly basis Analyze and determine inventory needs by network Process credit memos as needed Coordinate all aspects of Bill of Materials that accompany product (boxes, instruction manuals, et al), address replacement requests, and oversee warehouse inventory levels Submit return authorizations for approvals, enter into SAP and maintain files Maintain miscellaneous files, track special requests, follow up on client needs and issues as directed Review orders to insure accuracy with respect to products, pricing, terms and shipment information. Track customer orders for timely delivery. Ensure all orders meet audit and policy requirements Work closely with Finance, Logistics and Distribution to ensure orders are completed, invoiced and paid in a timely matter Coordinate opening of new accounts to include review of customer application ensuring completeness and accuracy, obtaining approvals, and maintain tracking log. Also, coordinate all required materials for new accounts Work closely with credit department to ensure that credit requirements are fulfilled prior to processing orders or opening new customers Confirm where necessary that order qualifies against pre-defined rates and promotion. Notify customer based on direction from Management as to related rates, price changes and promotions Reporting

Backorder Report – analyze needed stock for accounts Analyze the Stock and assist with the replenishment orders Update and maintain daily sales tracking file Maintain and updated the master POS file by account and region Data compilation & Ad hoc reporting as requested Assist with additional tasks/projects as assigned Professional Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent College Degree is preferred 1-3 years’ of experience in customer service, order processing and sales in a similar position is required Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint) with an ability to learn company-specific programs and software such as SAP Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently is required Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Must be able to adhere to deadlines and response to inquiries within a require time frame Must be able to sustain level of professionalism; friendly demeanor; The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter Ability to deal with conflict and able to influence across functional lines Benefits Program
