Senior Sales Executive
at Kuehne+Nagel plays a strategic role in driving business growth within our sea logistics division. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, lead complex negotiations, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to junior sales staff. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis and deliver tailored solutions Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence Drive RFQ and contract negotiations with a focus on long-term value Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members Maintain CRM data and provide accurate sales forecasting Represent Kuehne+Nagel at industry events and customer meetings Qualifications
5+ years of field sales experience in sea logistics or sea logistics freight forwarding Demonstrable ability to leverage up-to-date market knowledge for clients and internal teams Strong business acumen in freight forwarding and consultative selling Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members What’s in it for you
