from Continental Battery Systems Job – Specific Responsibilities
Field Collaboration & Operating Rhythm Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to align pricing strategies with regional goals. Lead recurring monthly operating rhythm meetings with regional sales leadership to review KPIs, performance, and pricing actions. Present pricing performance to sales leadership, collaborating on corrective actions where needed. Capture field-level insights and customer feedback, distilling them into actionable recommendations for central pricing leadership. Ensure regional execution remains aligned with enterprise pricing strategy and governance. Pricing Analysis & Execution Incorporate competitive intelligence, market feedback, and win/loss analysis into pricing decisions. Recommend adjustments based on cost changes, customer performance, and account-specific needs. Apply deep knowledge of pricing structures, profitability guardrails, and P&L impact to ensure sound decisions. Act as the analytical support and authority for all regional pricing decisions. Drive adoption of pricing policies and ensure compliance with established guardrails across the region. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, or related areas Strong financial and P&L understanding, with the ability to connect pricing actions to margin and revenue outcomes Solid knowledge of pricing structures and governance Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP systems (preferred) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence sales leadership Authorization to work in the U.S. Working relationships
