Treasury Sales Officer II — Bank of America
Base pay range: $127,500.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr This range is provided by Bank of America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. This job is responsible for delivering integrated treasury solutions to clients and prospects that may be in the United States (US) or globally. Key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams and increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio, partnering with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities, and providing product knowledge to deliver the best possible solution to meet client and prospect needs. Responsibilities
Drives revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leads client-facing treasury presentations Partners with bankers and Product Specialists to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying client-focused cost/benefit opportunities and bank-focused profitability Leads pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and YoY growth Consults within the Client Management Process (CMP) on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationships Fosters digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption; engages in strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using best practices and industry data Leads, coaches, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA), Treasury Sales Officers (TSO), and Treasury Sales Client Officers (TSCO) in day-to-day client deliverables Maintains deep client focus, treasury industry and subsector expertise, and broad understanding of bank structure Managerial Responsibilities:

The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO)
will manage and grow treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate GIG clients, partnering with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, FX partners, and others to develop customized solutions Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships Accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation delivery Maintain strong client focus and treasury industry expertise; understand evolving tech, innovation and ESG landscape Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and mobilize internal partners Motivated to achieve goals and willing to challenge oneself Required Qualifications
